Frustrations 😁

I am not sure as to why I am getting frustrated at everything in my life be it my job my love life or be it my family life . The frustration is setting in and I can't seem to do anything about it. 

I must reflect back and see , what I am doing wrong and need to correct it in the future so that my life can come back on track again.

the downside of giving space!!!!!

Normally ppl will not agree with me....they will argue that u need to give space to the everyone.
But, what they fail to see is that giving space is alright but when u truly want to help some one and you cant Just in the name of giving space is the feeling of helplessness.
I don't know about every one else but I hate the feeling of being helpless.
When I am ready to work on it, take responsibility then why should I feel helpless.

But, this feeling just creeps in. it cant be helped or otherwise reasoned with. So, in am embracing it with open arms and taking out my emotions here.
